★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really bad service, i got there because i had a problem with my Sim card and that one guy by the name MAHMUT didn't want to help me just send me back to another shop i than take a seat just like that. 2 weeks i tried to solve the problem with turk telekom sim card i was in 5 different turk telekom shops and finally one girl from the i don't know from some customer support office behind the post office solved my problem. They work for national telecommunications company i they don't know English, they using Google translate to speak with me.
