Internet been down for 23 days already and no one is helping and when it connects which rarely I get as Max 1mbps and 0 upload
-Branch not welling to do anything to help
-Their phone number put you on forever hold call also they will end call when you say "No I still need help"
-Social Media just replying same thing over and over it look like a bot holding the account
-Still not a single compensation or a sorry message from them
Not to mention they always blame your modem while your modem be completely fine
