★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Turk Telekomun ucretsiz olan 4.5G simkartini almaya gittim eski simkartimi degistirmek icin ve bana 24tl ucreti oldugunu soylediler. Kendilerine turktelekomun websitesinde ucretsiz olarak herhangi bir Turk Telekom bayisinde degistirilebilecegi soyleniyor dememe ragmen ucretsiz degisim yapmadilar.. Tabiki ben de 24tl odemedim! Buradan vatandasi bilgilendirmek icin basimidan gecen olayi yaziyorum ve gerekli sikayeti de Turk Telekoma yapicam.
I went to buy the free 4.5G card of Turk Telekom to replace my old card and they told me that it was 24 TL fee. Although I told them that they are saying that they can be changed at any Turk Telekom dealer free of charge on the website of turktelekom, they did not make any free changes. Of course I did not pay 24 TL! Here, I write the incident that happened to me to inform the citizen and I will make the necessary complaint to Turk Telekoma.
