This magnificent place was opened in 1934. It is such a place that besides being decorated with lush gardens, it has very good social facility areas and detached houses. This factory contains houses, gardens, parks, all kinds of social areas for all employees. This state established the state but belongs to the nation. There is a poplar tree that was planted in 1489 during the 2nd Beyazıt period, and it has a name that suits its name "Koca Kavak". This tree is 28 meters long and exactly 8 meters wide. 8 to 10 people can only embrace this tree. The historical structure that represents the innovative structure of this Republic and the state that the social state should be should belong to the State, that is, to this nation. Workers should work again, and the crop of beet which is poured into the soil of the nation should be processed again in the factory of this nation.
