Definitely stay away. We bought the air conditioner and they will come to install it for weeks, no one has come or called. Customer service is a complete disgrace. They enter the system and say that something will come to you. They make an appointment, how many times no one comes to the appointment. There is no one to call and inform that we can't come. Don't buy it, you can't wear it anyway. Big disappointment for such a big company. Shame on you..
