Two bowls were broken from the box of the Pierre Cardin dinner set that I bought in September 2016 and I immediately notified the store. They took my phone number and said they would return. So they waited for almost 4 years and when I asked again they said that the product was no longer produced and the bowl could not be found. When I bought the product, I stated that the bowls were already broken and that it wasn't my fault, but they said there was nothing they could do. I returned the tableware and asked for a new tableware, but they did not accept it, and they offered to present a coffee cup. I stated that I did not want to use the tableware incomplete and did not accept it. I did the dowry by trusting the name of Turay, but I was wrong, my customer victimization was not resolved. If you do not want to be a victim and do not want to wait 4 years for 2 broken bowls (which is still not provided), do not shop and have them done at Turay stores.
