Alışveriş yapacaksanız firma sahibi Ercan Bey firmada değilse dikkat edin iade konusunda problem yaşayacağınız bir firma. Ben bir ürün iade etmek için (istediğim ürüne muadil denerek verilen ve fotoğrafları ile gösterdiğim ürünle alakası olmayan) 2 defa gitmek zorunda bırakıldım. İade Fatih beyin rızasıyla oluyormuş. Kaldı ki paketi dahi açılmamış bir üründü.
