Mesafeyi kisa buldugu müşterileri mağdur ediyorlar.(ör; Elaziğ, Maden, Ergani gibi) Müşteri olarak magduriyetimizin önüne geçilmesi için Tunceliler Seyehat yoneticilerinin bilet kesimindeki görevlilere gerek sözlü uyarida bulunmasi gerekse de yazili ihtarda bulunmasini talep ediyorum. Lütfen müşterilerin sesini duyun.
The female staff at the Tunceli bus station does not issue tickets by telling customers to come the next day, and tells the customer who arrives the next day that the tickets are sold out. They make victims of customers whom they find the distance to be short (eg, Elazig, Maden, Ergani). Please hear the voices of customers.
