We went through very difficult times due to the problem of communication with people and the problem of solving problems with anger, Mr. İsmail, who is in charge of production. Although we tried to show respect because of his age, he broke his respect. Raw material supply, labor and equipment shortage, production plan flow, maintenance and delay etc. Despite the fact that they could not meet our pallet needs for reasons and we changed the raw material of our pallets in order to help them in this regard; As a company, we have always tried to cope with the critical problems arising from the lack of meeting our pallet needs with distraction, lies and glossing, but if we do not have ethical values, we begin to experience problems in the dimension of human health. Therefore, I am in the discussion of rehabilitating the company.
