★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have had to have all lower interior plaster walls ripped out and membrane laid because rising damp from the awful bricklaying on their bulding.
Started at the doors which they blamed me due to 'painting a second coat'. However that then spreaded across lower outer walls in places.
LED light equipment that failed within a few months and no response after initial contact and do not even show up nor repair. Added to the fact they can't even install a shower properly and then under declare the value of the property for sales tax purposes using a family member and no receipts on foreigners tax paid.
