Ürünü satarken laylaylom - “ürünümüzün sonuna kadar arkasındayız”lar, ürün satın aldıktan sonra son derece kabalar.
Aldığımız 6 üründe de hata çıktı. Sattıkları projektörler içine su alıyor. Dış mekan aydınlatmaları daha bir iki haftada, bir yağmurda paslanıyor.
Bunları bildirmek için aradığımızda son derece kaba ve terbiyesiz bir tutumla konuşuyorlar.
Neden ürünleri böyle getirdiniz diye azarlıyorlar.
Tavırlarından o kadar rahatsız olup üzüldük ki değişim için muhattap dahi olmak istiyoruz.
It's a disgraceful place. I don't recommend if you don't want to be disgraced with your money.
When selling the product they laylaylom - “we stand behind our product all the way”, they are extremely rude after purchasing the product.
There was an error in 6 products we bought. The projectors they sell get water in them. Outdoor lighting rusts in just a couple of weeks in a rain.
When we call to report these, they speak with an extremely rude and impolite attitude.
They scold why you brought the products like this.
We are so disturbed and upset by their attitude that we even want to be the interlocutor for change.
