Employees are clean, good people, but they seem to be doing wrong things in that place. When I say wrong, I think that it does not work with full performance in terms of business. Siblings may not get along or they may be full bosses. I don't know exactly, but I've been following it for 15 years, it just doesn't happen. There is a lightness in the place. Fortunately, the employees are personally decent and good people.
