My iPhone 6 phone, which I bought from Tuna Communication and is under warranty (I bought it 5 months ago), is broken. Tuna İletişim asked for the invoice of the phone I bought from them. They made difficulties by insisting on this issue, even though it was in their records. After bringing the bill, they sent it to the service. After 15 days, the service said that they took the phone out of warranty, claiming that it was unlocked. Tuna said that if I insured the communication phone while selling it to me, most of the repair of the phone would be covered or a new phone would be given, even if it was my fault. This is how I insured my phone. So we sent the phone to the insurance service. After 15 days I was told that the phone cannot be repaired. Tuna communication and insurance company refused to give new phone. The result I got in a total of 2 months was 0 and I am still paying the installments of a phone that I cannot use. Tuna was extremely disinterested in communication let alone helpful. There was no trace of their interest in selling phones and insurance. Do not shop from this place.

A Turkcell branch where we encounter a different problem every time we go. Instead of understanding and solving the customer's problem, they act with careless attitudes to get the job done quickly. They also yell when you tell them they did wrong. Respect must be maintained to the customer, regardless of age. But I do not think that the people working in this branch comply with this and do their job correctly. I definitely do not recommend.
