★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dün gittik kamera ve fotograf çekimleri berbat (sözde eğtim almışlar ama ....) çalışanlar çok saygısızca ve sürekli laf sokma peşindeler ve bizim verdiğimiz paradan alınan pasta ,gazlı içecekler vb. şeyleri benim arkadaşlarıma vermedikleri gibi kendileri önümüzde yediler
We went yesterday, the camera and photo shoots are terrible (they have supposedly received education, but ....) the employees are very disrespectful and they are constantly trying to make a speech, and the cake, carbonated drinks etc. taken from the money we give. they ate things in front of us like they didn't give things to my friends

There is no light in the toilets in the hall we came for Kina and it's awful. Weak in terms of service. They translate it with 3 staff. I think the treats and services are terrible. They can turn your happiest day into a nightmare. Beware of this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elemanlar hepsi emanet. Robot ve cansız. Hizmet sıfır. 5 Yıldız ile alakaları yok. Varlıkları yokluklari aynı. Yazık böyle bir otel ki mutsuz ve umutsuz çalışanları var. Aynı hafta hilton da kaldım. Adamlar hizmette master yapmışlar. Tulip park tek kelimeyle kötü.
The items are all entrusted. Robot and inanimate. Service is zero. It has nothing to do with 5 Stars. Their presence and absence are the same. It is a pity that such a hotel has unhappy and hopeless employees. I stayed at the hilton the same week. The men have mastered the service. Tulip park is simply bad.
