TUI MAGIC LIFE Jacaranda

The hotel is incredibly big. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The all you can eat restaurant has a pleasant variety of foods and each day there is something special. When you have enough of the buffet, the restaurants are a welcome change. The fish restaurant is amazing. When you visit out of season you have to take into account that a lot of services are not available. There are no possibilities to do water sports, the disco is closed and the outdoor workout areas are closed without any possibility to provide them. The hotel charges some weird things that we did not expect. Having a fresh pressed orange juice in the morning costs you €2 and to play pool for 1 hour you pay €10. Also the laundry service is a bit pricy so we did't use it. The water is very cold in november, but the indoor pool is a tad warmer, but not much. Overall we had a great stay.

UPDATE AFTER RESPONSE FROM THE HOTEL: if it’s not restaurant, then it’s poor quality of water in swimming pools and bacterias there. I went to a hotel doctor in Jacaranda, he said, that it’s bacteria infection. We never left territory of the hotel during our stay and never eat outside. ——————————————————— I will start with the most important — my son and myself got serious food poisoning. Son on the 3rd day, me on the 6th. I blame restaurant as I have serious doubts about hygiene. Other reviews this week also say about food poisoning. Management of the hotel must take it very serious. Territory. The only part which deserves 5 stars. Very nice and cozy, nice swimming pools. Rooms. The best times of the hotel had passed. Renovation needed. Rooms are shabby, carpet in the hallway is dirty and shabby as well. Food. Pretty bad. Food poisoning is the brightest impression of the stay, and generally I cannot say the food was of good quality. Staff. Very nice, always friendly and trying to help. I would’ve put one star because of food poisoning, but the second star goes for the nice hotel territory and friendly staff. I will never come back here.

The place is rather nice, quite spacious rooms pretty old though and ours defo needed some renovation here and there and sound-proofing is literary nonexistent. The territory is very spacious, clean and green. The place is good for kids as it has kiddy pools and some water slides and the sea is very close. The beach is not one of the best as it is quite rocky but it's tolerable and the sea is shallow and clean. There's one main restaurant and like 7 small ones but everything needs to be booked in advance and there was never any free tables available. The food was mostly the same every day but it was fresh and the choice was not bad at all with strong German influence I would say. The whole impression from the place was very German-oriented which is not so bad in itself ?. All in all we enjoyed our 1 week October holiday at this place.

We visited for new years and had a great time. The food in the main restaurant was good and while queuing was not ideal, it felt safer (covid) and generally more hygienic to have a staff member full your plate. Service was mostly great too. The wine, both red and white were pretty bad but the beer was okay. The spa area was good, although the host was a bit weird, listing numerous rules and requests like "you would help us if you shower here and not there ". Asking us to go this way not that way for no clear reason.. The pool is on the cold side in this season. You have to keep moving to stay warm. The new years eve party started off great with some quality live music. Our preference for the music after midnight would have been anything but the house/techno they played but maybe that's just us. The only real disappointment was the Italian a la cart restaurant. The quality of the food was definitively worse than that in the main restaurant. Overcooked meat, chewy gnocchi, soaked tiramisu..

We had an amazing time at Tui Jacaranda. It’s a lovely place with great facilities. We visited during February, so services were limited. However, it didn’t affect us at all as Antalya has lots of places to explore. Food was great with lots of choices. Staff are very friendly! We will definitely go back again!

Live in the comfort of your own home. Delicacy cuisine, aristocratic interiors and excellent staff. Immediately upon arriving, you get greeted by the staff and shocked by the excellent aristocratic interiors. We registered in less than a minute without absolutely anything superfluous. Maximum efficiency. We were then shown our rooms. The staff will carry your belongings upon the arrival to your room. Arriving at a room with high expectations, we were far from disappointed. Pleasant coziness and modernized interior. With new appliances and comfortable furniture. But mostly we were astonished by the view from the balcony. We were lucky to get the view from the balcony to the sea, pool, and the substantial green area of the Hotel. Overall, the rooms in the hotel are clean, great furniture and modern interior. The garden area and the pool zones are exactly the aspects that set this hotel apart from its peers. Jacaranda hotel includes a considerable amount of green areas. As you step out of the hotel, you get to walk through a forest-like area. Adding on, the 2-3 pools, including the water slides, are also a great aspect of the hotel. Close to the pools, you are offered a bar, and the staff and baristas are respectful and nice. The location of the hotel is also very prominent. With a small cab ride you will be in the heart of the city. Overall, this hotel is excellent for vacations. The hotel will not disappoint with anything large for both short and long stays. We definitely recommend it, and we will come again on a situational basis.

Don’t recommend coming here at all, security isn’t ‘security, when they’re threatening to shoot you and they’re apart of the ‘Mafia’. Because he was trying to encourage a 17 year old to go and drink with him. Reading another review the same security guard has actually assaulted someone else before. Security guard being the manger of the night security also. If this hotel would get rid of that security guard there wouldn’t be a problem with this hotel at all. Completely ruined our holiday, not knowing if we could leave our rooms or not.

This was Our 5th stay in a Magic Life Club. The hotel has the best rooms and also the Bar in the lobby is nice. There is an Irish Pub to get some quite quality time. And here is the issue with that hotel. We stayed during German Easter holiday weeks and eventually there stayed over 2000 people. The rooms in the Main building are super noisy which are located in the lobby wing, thus we moved after the first night by luck we could get one of the last quite rooms with ocean view. The other issue is the noise Level during dinner time in the Main Restaurant. Therefore only 3 Stars. The staff would get 5 Stars though. Super friendly and helpful although super busy.
