Everything was perfect!!! Beach, swimming pools, kid’s corner, food…very very tasty! Room every day clean. Staff very nice, kind, friendly. Thank you for everything! Special thanks for the crew from mini disco:), our son enjoyed there! Thank you guys

Due to the covid situation Our first visit to the hotel and area. We felt extremely safe and looked after by the staff and all measures that were in place,with masks in restaurants and sanitizer etc they are very organized.The hotel ,pool,beach area and grounds are well looked after,beautifully laid out and maintained. The staff were always around to help,managament included.I also want to say a massive thank to Salih Bagdatli he is very kind whith client also Fehrat a guy at the beach bar area is not lazy and so kind .All in all, they are a good staf Amazing great hotel to come to for relaxation and refreshment. I would definetely return to this lovely hotel!

Wonderful holiday, wonderful days, crystal clear water and magnifique entertainment program. After a long period working, the holiday was priceless for us. For the room, thanks to Erhan, after the check-in we’ve met with Ozlem, she programmed our holiday, so we had an efficient time during our stay. The room was clean and spotless, the thanks goes to Semra. Thank you for everything, see you next year.

First time in here, we’ll come again to have this atmosphere again. We’d arrived in here in the evening, also asked about another room to the Ozge, thanks to her, we got another room, that was so nice. Then, we left to check around. The evening programmes are nice, the team is so energetic. The infinity pool is quiet and nice to calm down. That’s my favourite place.If you gonna come here, do not miss the evening shows, have your dinner, have some drinks at the beach bar after dinner and wait for the shows at amphitheatre, sounds like a nice plan!

This is the only hotel where we stayed for the second and hopefully not the last time. Because this place is something incredible. Starting with a great location, beautiful landscapes and a stunning, well-maintained territory, spacious impeccably clean rooms, super friendly and helpful staff. Food is a real jam, fresh and diverse, in the main restaurant as well as a la carte ones (we’ve tried Turkish and Downtown restaurants – all were great and food was delicious). The overall atmosphere is chill and relaxing but the hotel also offers different sorts of activities and entertainment for adults and kids throughout the day and in the evening without pushing and annoying animation. BUT this year our holiday would not be as perfect without some people. A big THANKS to Özlem, Guest Relation Manager. So glad we met her, she was very considerate and helpful with all our concerns and special requests. She’s a real professional we must say. Wish to be back again soon to TUI MAGIC LIFE Bodrum?

Please note that I would not consider this as an accessible resort. Built into a mountainside, there are steps everywhere and very, very few ramps sue to the steep incline they would have to have. That's the only downside. Rooms are spotless, spacious and well equipped and presented. Free minibar restocked daily with Fanta, Coke and water. Coffee making facilities are also replenished daily. Generous sized wardrobes with around a dozen hangers provided, plus a shelved wardrobe, also. Little touches such as robes, slippers, wardrobe lighting, bidet and TV hidden within the large mirror, really make it luxurious. Resort is huge and there are maps everywhere so you know where you are and can easily see your destination. There is a specific app for the magic life resorts which lists menus, activities, information and times of everything. We have found the staff to be really pleasant, always friendly and helpful and genuinely invested in ensuring you're having a great time. There are no pushy entertainment teams, they ask if you want to join in and if you say no, they'll chat to you about other things. Similarly, if you want to be left completely alone, they'll oblige. There are adult only areas which are stunning (the whole place is beautiful but these are completely in a class of their own). These areas include private tanning areas, private pools and jacuzzi etc. Food is simple yet beautifully cooked and the waiting staff are wonderful. Lots of different choices of places to eat and different types of seating areas ranging from relaxed outdoor to formal, fancy and quaint in different sections, indoors. Sea front is stunning and there is never a shortage of sunbeds anywhere. Lots of water activities to enjoy. We are definitely booking again..

This hotel definitely is not a 5 star resort. Pros: Venue and location is beautiful. Friendly staff. The beach and pool side is great! Cons: FOOD IS DISGUSTING definitely not what a 5 star hotel should have. Survived on fries throughout my stay very poor selection very bland. On our initial arrival we were escorted to a room with a faulty door entry that was promised would be resolved the following day. We changed 10+ access cards and still no luck staff insisted on changing access cards and calling a technician instead of changing our room. After 2 nights with a faulty door entry, they finally agreed on giving us another room which had the SAME ISSUE. Unbelievable!!! Not to mention the room washrooms smell like a sewerage system for some odd reason. All in all, if your looking for a 5 star experience, this is definitely not the place for you. The food is definitely a 1 star, everything else is a 3 star.
