★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything was great except the security. They strangled the local dogs. Didn’t give us their names, when we asked them. The Security is just a huge joke. It was the 24th of September when they had duty and they were extremely rude. I expected otherwise from

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed the seafood. My daughters loved the teen club activities and I will come back next year if I can for sure. Basak from Guest Service was very friendly and interested in our wishes. They have great sushi nights my family enjoyed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have had a wonderful vocation experience. This is the second time I come to this hotel before and after the pandemic. I like the special measures put in place to protect everyone, the guests and staff. Masks are required inside in the closed areas and are provided to the guests for free. Staff is vaccinated and masked at all times. I am impressed with the new improvements in the green garden, the pool, and down town areas but above most its the staff that makes the vacation special with their readiness to assist and serve.
Special thanks go to Olcay and Serap for assisting me with a misunderstanding I had with another guest by finding a quick, and workable solution for all.

Specially I would like to highlight Laura from the guest service team. She care about us like about own family. She is so high motivated!
I had some troubles with sleep. I can sleep only in silent. In our room was noisy due to the construction work of a neighboring hotel. We asked to change the room. Room was changed on the next day.
Second room was noisy as well due to the air conditioner on the roof.
I felt myself a little bit silly, but asked about change again.
The room was changed immediately.
Now I sleep like a child :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful hotel with several pools and wonderful gardens. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with all the essentials. The staff was truly the nicest we have ever encountered at a hotel, always friendly, helpful and polite. There are also lots of (sport) activities available so you will most definitely not get bored.
We really had a wonderful time and can't wait to come back. Greetings from Germany & see you next year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed on the last 3 days of 2021 season. Even it is end of October, all facilities were working without any problem. Staff is friendly and trying to make your vacation better. Food was great, room was clean. We will definitely consider staying here on our 2022 summer holiday!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This resort/hotel is even better than the pictures. The garden is beautiful, the staff are super friendly and nice, the food is also really good, and you can tell that the whole staff are happy working there and have such solidarity in serving their guests. The beach is great, so many water activities come as part of the all inclusive. They are so generous with their alcohol at the bars and with their sport equipment whichever you choose to do. We had a great experience playing tennis almost every day. Also, I would like to thank Lisa from the Guest Services, she was beyong nice and helped us a lot whenever we needed something.

Big and nice restaurants, enjoyable sandy beach. Including kids club and pool, relax pool and fitness center
