★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had booked the Pamukkule tour with tantur/tui in The hotel. Pamukkule was the main reason for us to visit Turkey so our whole Journey was based on The excursion. This morning at 5am our alarm clock went of and we made ourselves ready to leave on The excursion as we opened the Door of our room there was a note to tell us that the excursion was cancelled.
This is no way of letting people know that a whole Day excursion that had already be payed for is cancelled.. The Day of departure.. We went to The room at 10pm the night before and there was no note yet.. this is a very dissapointing experience. No Alternative was give, nothing..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I payed for Sea View room in Pegasos Royal Hotel, but due to chaos in TUI computer system they booked Land View. TUI Turkey promised to fix the mistake, even TUI Regional Director was involved but after several days of phone calls nothing was solved and compensation was not offered. There are a lot of people in TUI but no one really known what is going on in their company. Don't recommend to use TUI anymore.
