Absolutely amazing, food great, room beautiful, staff friendly and helpful, loads to do, beach 2min walk, town 5min taxi drive away. Would really recommend and definitely come back

we came on the 28th Sep-5th Oct Wow what an amazing resort the place is spotless all covid restrictions in place. staff are amazing and go over and beyond to please you we always left a tip just because service was amazing. food is awsome different food every night drinks are pretty good great pools always checked kept clean slides are extreamly fun had a bit of compition to see who could get biggest splash , night entertainment was pretty good considering everything going on my daughter absolutely loved the kids part of the shows, made some lovely friends big shout out to Steven imogen & family, rich&kim and Marcus & his family my daughter definitely loved playing with all your children and all the other friendly faces definitely made some friends for life, overall beat all my expectations and will 100% be returning next year if your in two minds about choosing this place then don't be book it up trust me you will absolutely love it

Absolutely amazing place, we were extremely happy. Room so beautiful , air con so Quiet that we can use it over night. Delicious food, drinks are ok. warm water in swimming pool what I love , beach was ok , very clean water so clear , sandy but has some stones when going into water. Staff are friendly and very helpful.

Got back into the UK last night & I miss this place already ? Had an amazing time. Wasn't sure what to expect when we arrived with Covid situation, but I felt 100% safe, safer than at home if I'm completely honest. Regular deep cleaning, staff in ppe, social distancing in place, food guards covering food(which by the way, I think should stay, think it saves on waste and generally more hygienic anyway!!!) Staff work tirelessly, couldn't be more helpful & friendly if they tried....AMAZING!!! Food was delicious, even the fussiest of people can find something they like. There was an abundance of choice at every meal time. Cocktails a bit hit and miss, but nothing to ruin your holiday over. Paper cups, yes drinks were served in disposable paper cups (the amount of people whining over it?‍♀️) but its really not third world problems is it. Plus mine weren't in the cup long enough to care!!! You get glasses at dinner and breakfast when dining, but to be honest, who wants glass around a pool area??? Bit cheeky that euros were charged for things at the hotel, when its not the local currency, but even that didn't spoil our holiday!! So much to praise that I'm rambling, but we had a fantastic time, even in the midst of a pandemic!! Thank you to all for an amazing time, we will 100% be back next year!! ??? xxx

If you are not the client of this hotel you can't use clothes change cabin which was placed outside of thier property area on the sand. Their security persons were observing this much more important treasure!

The hotel is great - enormous space for walking, playing, and chilling. All activities are prepared very well - you can find activities, that suit you, all day long. Our apartment was perfect - we had a two-rooms suit, spacial and very clean. To sum up - TUI BLUE TROPICAL is a perfect place for a family vacation. The hotel contains three special kids pools with different depths, two large pools - the main pool with a lot of activities, waterslides, music etc. The second one is more silent, and suits for chilling. Beach contains plenty of sunbeds and enough space for all holidaymakers. I and my wife have tried the massage in the Spa center - it was an amazing experience! Four or even more bars on a territory of the hotel offer you a variety of cocktails and beverages. Meals in the restaurants and snack bars are very tasty, and you are able to have dinner around the clock. Especially thanks to the animation team for activities, yoga and workout sessions!

I've never been to Turkey before but I have been very impressed with this hotel. It's super clean with an incredible range of food and considering our food intolerances, we have not gone hungry. Mert worked hard to accommodate our dietary needs. Having the beach a short stroll away has been a bonus too. Akin wins best waiter hands down. He instinctively knows when your wine glass is empty! Ertan showed us great kindness and always checked in to see if we were ok. Ali will always greet you with a smile and is everywhere! The chefs and serving staff are lovely and whoever makes the spinach, it is delicious. Perhaps the only downside is the enormous dessert choice! We had a wonderful trip with 'Sugar' today and highly recommend visiting the area. Thank you also to Dan for making sure our paperwork was organised. If you've young children, this is a great holiday and there's a good variety of kids clubs. Please could Alla run a dance club next year?!

This hotel was beautfully presented, the grounds, the hotel, the rooms all really well thought out and very lovely. It's very clean and well looked d after. The staff were so helpful with great positive attitudes. My husband and I were very impressed and we went just as a couple. I would like to mention in particular Clare on Customer Service who was so friendly and went out of her way to assist. Also Dan from Tui. A gem of a hotel and in particular thats because all staff are on board with great service. Keep up the good work. Regards Fiona and Will Hirst
