spoiled vacation, rude behavior of the manager. The personal are good for you only if you are a guest from Germany and constantly give tips. Stealing your private things if you left them by the pool is a normal situation here. Recommend that place to nobody

Very nice hotel, great staff, great food (among the best of all all-inclusives that I've been to), very nice beach, very quiet.. definitely a place to relax. This hotel definitely deserves a 5-star rating!

Overall great hotel except the beach. This is stated as an adult only hotel but the hotel beach is not restricted to adults only. Sunbed area is free of kids but shoreline is swarming with little sh... disasters and hotel staff is doing nothing. Neighboring hotels are not adult only and guest from those hotels just take their kids and come to shoreline of TUI Blue cause it is less crowded.

Hotel is very nice for relax and lazy rest. Due to pandemic and age restrictions there were no activities such as disco and so on, but still the staff was doing all the best to their guests. Our room was freely upgraded from part sea view to sea view and it was very great! All quarantine requidememts were met, and its very nice. One pity thing was during our leaving. We have transfer in early morning so we couldn't have our breakfast and we've asked for lunch boxes. Receptionist promised us that we will be able to get them in the morning, but we get only two sandwiches. They were tasty but still it was not lunch boxes. Except this thing everything was perfect. So we highly recommend this hotel and hope to return there as soon as possible.

A fantastic adults-only hotel with great facilities and friendly staff. Our stay here was absolutely amazing. The rooms are very clean, cozy and comfortable. The open-buffet breakfast and dinner was delicious, there were too many options for different diets. The facilities are fantastic, you can live here without needing to go outside. The indoor pool, gym, sauna and spa services are fantastic. The open pool and beach bars serve beverages all through the day, great for relaxing and enjoying summer vibes. The beach side is equipped with clean chaise longues and a beach volley field. I especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere at night, it’s away from busy streets and noise. I love everything about this hotel and recommend it especially for couples who are in need of peace and relaxation.

The hotel itself really is good. However, I would NEVER EVER come here again. While the hotel itself is adults only, the beach is NOT private nor age restricted. There are screaming yelling little children everywhere. The neighboring hotels are cheap and overcrowded, so the parents with kids migrate to the TUI Blue beach. The hotel staff does nothing against this. In the Evenings there are loud and incredibly bad „dance parties“ that hold you up. Side is a terrible awful place for vacation for anyone that’s sane and doesn’t consider a beach busy and loud as Disneyland as a good place relax.

Loved my little home fir these 10 days: food is incredible, especially Turkish night. The stuff and manager do really care of the comfort of each client. I don’t know how it’s possible to be that good after 2020-22, but it’s ?. All is super clean. Spa was lovely, all was very comfortable.
