★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Osman beyin dolapta çıkarttığı 2 yarım kutu üstüne tekrar pastırma tamamlayıp bana satması ve darasını almaması tezgartarlığa yakışacak bir hareket değildi. 500 gr şeklinde 4 kutu almıştım. O üzerine tamamladığı 2 kutu pastırmayı çöpe atmak zorunda kaldım. Fakat şikayet için web tel numarasını arayıp işletme sahibini istediğimde sağolsun Ümit bey yardımcı oldu. 2 kutu pastırmayı tekrar kargoladı. Tezgartarlık, esnaflık ve müşteri memnuniyeti bu şekilde olur. Esnaflık 6 yıllık müşterinin sadakatini ve güvenini istismar etmekle değil, kandırmak ile değil böyle tekrar kazanmakla olur. 5 yıldızı Ümit beye veriyorum Hayırlı işler .
