★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kaldığımız oda çok güzel ve ferah. Temizlik gerçekten çok güzel. Çok beğendik. Güler yüzlü personelleri çok yardımcı oldular. Hiç başka 1 yer araştırmadan gelip gönül rahatlığı ile kalabileceğiniz mükemmel bir otel. Teşekkürler Tuğra hotel çalışanları.
 The room we stayed in was very nice and spacious. Cleaning is really good. We liked it very much. Friendly staff were very helpful. It is a perfect hotel where you can come and stay with peace of mind without looking for another place. Thank you Tugra hotel staff.

The location is very good but the rooms definitely need an overhaul. The bathroom was in pretty bad shape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice location. The room is good for its money. Air conditioning worked well, the breakfast was good, though it's not a buffet. However, we were given a smoking room which was not nice.
