Daha önce de başıma gelmiş bir olaydan tecrübeyle ürünü ya geri iade alın ya da bana tıraşlayarak geri getirmeyin diye uyardığım halde 10 gün sonra ürünü bana tıraşalnmış olarak teslim ettiler. Aklınızda olsun birgün dahi giymiş olsanız bile geri almıyorlar. Tuğbadan birşey alacağınız zaman iki defa düşünün.Ben de tüketici Hakem Heyetine başvurdum. Hanımlar böyle bir durumla karşılaşırsanız siz de hakkınızı arayın.
In the coat I bought at the end of the season, rope throwing occurred within a few days. I took it to the store 6 days later. After an incident that had happened to me before, they delivered the product to me as shaved after 10 days, although I warned that they could either take the product back or not bring it back to me by shaving. Bear in mind, even if you wear it one day, they don't take it back. Think twice when you are going to buy something from Tugba. I applied to the consumer arbitration committee. Ladies, if you encounter such a situation, call your right.

Today, we went to replace the suit we bought from Tuğba because it didn't have a size. I would like to thank the employees at the İzmir Caddesi branch for their smiling face and interest. They helped a lot. I can't say the same for the Sincan and Optimum branches.
