Sizin montunuzu ‘elde yıkama hassas’ta yıkamama rağmen mahvoldu. İçindeki pamuk mudur, elyaf mıdır oldukça kalitesiz kullanılmış olmalı ki böyle bir şey başıma geliyor. Elimde Koton, Zara, Polo markalı montlarım da var ve onları yıllarca defalarca yıkayıp yıkayıp kullanırım. Nasıl ki tişört, pantolon, kazak, gömlek yıkanır mont da yıkanır sevgili Tuğba mağazası ve bir mont yıllarca giyilebilir, biz kutuplarda yaşamıyoruz ki 1 yılda yıpransın atıp yenisi alalım. 1 yılda giydiğimiz maximum süre 3 ay kaldı ki başka montumuz yoksa yedek montlarımız da varsa daha da kısa süre giyebiliriz. The maximum time we wear in 1 year is 3 months, so if we don't have any other coats, we can wear them even shorter if we have spare coats. Please, I request you to do better quality control in order not to hurt your customers in this regard.
