Mağazadan başka bir ürün beğenemediğimizden dolayı istemediğimizi ürünü zorla bize sattılar. Müşteri hizmetlerini iki gündür aramama rağmen kimse geri dönüş yapmadı.
Tuğba mağazasının sürekli müşterisi olarak bu yaptıkları günü birlik kâr amacı güden prosedürlerinin kendilerine müşteri kaybettireceklerine emin olsunlar. Biz bu mağazadan bundan sonra alışveriş yapmayacağız. Buradan yorum yapıyorum ki insanlar bilsin, alışveriş yaparken düşünsün.

Since we could not like any other product from the store, they forcibly sold the product to us. Despite calling customer service for two days, no one returned.
As a permanent customer of the Tuğba store, they should ensure that these day-to-day profit-making procedures will make them lose customers. We will no longer shop from this store. I'm commenting here so people can know and think while shopping.

Tuğba Aydınlıkevler store was very nice. The place is spacious. Staff involved. Prices for end-of-season products are reasonable. Easy access. The products are of good quality.

Today I went to look for something like a coat. Two ladies were greeted with cold cold attitudes. They don't care at all. It's like we committed a crime by going there. I tried the coat, it just snatched it away from me.

Employees are friendly and have good communication. The place is clean and spacious. It would be a lie if I say that the prices are very affordable, but the products are very nice.

The employees are incredibly indifferent and very rude, I definitely do not recommend. If you are going to shop at Tuğba store, Kızılay branch employees are really successful.

I visited your store on 05.03.2022 around 10:30 with my wife. The person they put there as an authorized person is very rude and very inadequate in customer satisfaction. Worse than firing us.
