It is built from safe, clean and solid blocks, one of the favorite sites of Izmit. The only downside is that the balconies are very narrow.

Bu Proje hakikaten modern ve kaliteli duruyor.Bu mimarileri Kocaelin de pek göremiyoruz.İnşaat işinden çok anlamam ancak yuvarlak inşaat yapıları çok emek isteyen yapılardır.Bir o kadar da zor inşaa edilirler diye biliyorum.Kullanım alanları harika olmuş.Artı ebeveyn banyoları hemen hemen tüm daireler konmuş.Galiba yüzme havuzları ve saunalarda var.Peyzaj harika duruyor.Ben başarılı prestijli bir projeyi yorumladığımı düşünüyorum...Oturanlara sağlıkla mutlulukla oturmak nasip olsun.

Let's be fair, please...
This project looks really modern and high quality. We don't see these architectures much in Kocaeli. I don't understand much about construction, but round construction structures are structures that require a lot of effort. I also know that they are hard to build. I think there are swimming pools and saunas. The landscape looks great. I think I am interpreting a successful and prestigious project.

Şehrin tüm ileri gelen elit komşularıyla yaşama fırsatını da yakalıyorsunuz. Bu site aynı zamanda şehrin göbeğinde. Hem Umuttepe ye yakın hem şehir hastanesine hem de şehre ve AVM lere.. Ayrıca D 100 karayoluna da çok yakın. Bir siteden öte içerisinde ve çevresinde marketler, restaurantlar, spor tesisleri, havuzlar, hamamlar, saunalar, tenis kortu vb pek çok hizmeti sunuyor. Dip dibe yapılmış villâlardansa burada yaşamak bin kat daha iyi.
Zaten burası sıradan bir konut projesi değil. Akıllı ev teknolojisiyle inşa edilmiş Rezidans.
This site is the most luxurious, prestigious and well-known brand project in Izmit. Tuana You don't just buy a house in Stage 3.
