The hotel was really nice. However, I’d suggest to add more new songs on the playlist for discos and do a karaoke zone. Thank you for the decent service.

Clean and very helpful staff especially Zehra and Manager Bülent! Foods are good. Mainly language Russian due to most of quest from Russia.

First of all I really enjoyed my stay here! Rooms are comfy, bar&bartenders are good at their job, staff is friendly and animations shows are incredibly great and amusing. Especially the girl named Su! We had chat for a few times and she's so friendly and i really loved watching her. Happy to meet these awesome people! Thanks for every moment.

We rested in this hotel at the end of July 2021, we decided to leave a review while our memories are fresh. Here is the list from my and my wife side: 1. Low level of service. Employees who perfectly understand Russian / English pretend that they just do not understand you, for example, so as not to bring you water. 2. Sunbeds on the beach and pier are two times less than hotel guests. 3. The beach is open not only for hotel guests, and a large number of strangers are constantly moving along it. 4. Inadequacy of the food delivery system: that up to 15 people can stand in one delivery window in a restaurant. 5. Almost complete lack of entertainment (no water polo, minigolf does not work). 6. Periodically there are no lifeguards on the towers near the pools. 7. Loud constant music for an amateur on the territory of the hotel. 8. Complimentary alcoholic cocktails are 4 options with vodka, one with local gin and one with local wine, the rest of the cocktails are priced at $ 5-7. 10. Lack of variety of seafood dishes. 11. During a late breakfast from 10 to 11 o'clock, food remains 10 percent of what it was in the morning. 12. Saving on the number of staff: one of the three bars works, the coffee shop does not work. Garbage is removed from tables on the territory very slowly and there is a lot of it. 13. Drinks are dispensed in disposable paper cups that deteriorate very quickly. 15. If you do not have time to take a pulling towel until they are disassembled, you are left without towels. 16. A visit to the gym is strictly by appointment, which is scheduled for several days in advance. 17. WiFi does not cover the entire territory of the hotel (restaurant, pier). 18. Poor hotel security: There may be local people or guests from other hotels on-site by the pools or on the beach.

Price - quality relation is very good. Hotel is very clean, with excellent service, good is delicious. According to the present covid measures, restoraunt service was also very good organized. The hotel has it's own beach, quite good, 2 swing pools. Rooms are quite small, with old furniture. This could be chained but it isn't essential. Position of the hotel is also good, almost in the city center.
