★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved the hotel. The view is great you see the sea and the city center across the water budy. Customers treated like VIP guests. The rooms are very clean and in very good condition. Beds are big and so comfortable. The breakfast open buffet is over filled with various types of food and drinks that should suit every one taste.
The price is on the high side considering the general pricing of hotels in Turkey.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was lucky enough to spend four nights at This hotel. Security is good, the hotel sparkles as if you could eat from the floors. The spa is stunning. Make sure you make time to use it. Even the free spa amenities are beyond lux. 99% of the staff were incredible. The only improvement I would offer to management would be to improve the food. It's good and beautiful presented, but the taste does not live up to this incredible hotel and residence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, helpful staff, nice food and amazing view,however the room was 2 connected single bed with two mattresses, and we couldn’t sleep comfortably.
I tried to change it to king size bed as my reservation vas double room, unfortunately I couldn’t although the hotel is not full
If they solved this proble I would rate them 5 stars.
Something new, I asked for another room card as we got only one card at check in and my wife was asleep in the room, the receptionist told me that if we’ll not give them back the 2 cards we’ll be charged. Why? I asked. She said that this is their own policy!!!!!!!!
I am so sorry to downgrade the hotel rate from 4 to 3 star

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to leave a separate comment about the gym. The communication at the gym reception is disgusting and arrogant. In the gym itself, the linoleum (floor covering) was changed, which slips and stinks of plastic chemistry, it is not possible to practice?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed for 3 nights recently. Location is great as it's slightly away from Izmit, beach facing and a few decent eateries nearby especially Klida, Kkorec and a fish restaurant. Indoor 25m pool is fantastic, good for those needing a large pool. Breakfast is included as part of hotel booking.
The staff Yunus, Abdullah and Eray the manager were very helpful during our stay. Thank you for the warm hospitality and pleasant stay.
