Tüketici haketm heyetine başvurdum. Şimdi sulh ceza mahkemesine dava açmaya hazırlanıyorum. Sayacimi kontrol ettirip çalışır durumda olduğunu kanıtlayan belgemi alıp davami açacağım. ayrıca garantili ürünümü alıkoymaktan dava açacağım.
