Пришел в магазин, сдал, все приняли и выдали документ о приемке, сказали подождать неделю, я переезжал в другой город и вроде бы все хорошо, но через неделю мне сказали, что кеды отправили в Стамбул, надо подождать. В итоге через 18 дней вернули деньги. Пришлось подождать, но все честно.

I came to the store, handed it in, they accepted everything and issued an acceptance document, they said to wait a week, I moved to another city and everything seemed to be fine, but a week later they told me that the sneakers were sent to Istanbul, I have to wait.
