This is the worst company I have interacted with! These people are scam n liars! They never fulfill what they promise. It's been 6 months and they still haven't refunded our money back to us. This travel agent "Bakir" keeps lying to us time and again that the refund has been processed whereas it has not. He has all our details but keeps lying to us and making excuses and postpones it. Our money were stolen from the company's car when they told us to leave our bags and advised its safe and being looked after. When we confronted them, they advised they'll refund it. This was back in February and they said they'd refund it before we leave Istanbul. However this never happened. They are liars and don't stick to their word. Poor customer experience. Also they didn't arrange the cab back from the airport. Me and my partner were standing there at midnight waiting for the cab. In the end Bakir told us to take a taxi and he'll pay for it. Again another lie. It was not refunded to this day. We also paid the driver which Bakir said he will refund it. We had paid for the entire trip 6 months in advance and this is the kind of service we receive. These people left a bitter taste in our mouths. The worst company I have ever dealt with on a holiday. They still haven't refunded the money owed to us. I give zero rating to this company.
