I found only 2 positive reviews, they reassured me a little, tk. one of the authors correctly emphasized that all claims are about changing the departure time, but people do not understand that they buy tickets for charter flights with their own specifics. The day before departure, I wrote to the company, asked for information on departure. They answered immediately. There are no complaints about the work of managers at all. But the most pleasant (apart from the price) were the seats provided - my favorite third row. The places were initially chosen by either a company or a tour operator. Most of all I was worried that my daughter and I would be seated in different places. My assessment of the company is EXCELLENT! Especially for such a bargain price. P.S. I hope 08/01/21 my opinion will not change ???
