Он печется в каменных печах из особо подготовленной муки из смешанных сортов пшеницы, на особой закваске, и поэтому остается мягким целую неделю. Воспроизвести его вкус ни в заводских, ни в домашних условиях практически невозможно.
 The symbol of Trabzon is Wakfikebirsky bread, after the name of a town in Trabzon region, Wakfikebir, where this huge bread was first baked. It is baked in stone kilns made from specially prepared flour from mixed sorts of wheat, with a special leaven, and therefore remains soft for a whole week. It is almost impossible to reproduce its taste either at the factory or at home.
