An immaculate place within walking distance of the bazaar, the staff is friendly and interested

The hotel is clean and has a courteous receptionist. It is more modern as it is new compared to the teacher centers in other provinces. But such a new building shouldn't have such bad sound insulation, it's like the walls are made of paper. There was noise, as if people talking in the next room were talking in my room. I woke up from the sound of the sound..Plus There was someone downstairs hitting something nonstop at night. I think the room was hitting because he was disturbed by the sound going to him....I spent a night in the hotel where I tried to sleep and woke up many times..The sound thing was a disaster.

Since the building is new, the rooms are very luxurious. However, air conditioners have been installed in the rooms for heating and unfortunately it is insufficient for heating. They are also good in terms of hygiene, but unfortunately the breakfast is insufficient.

Very friendly warm people. The cleaning lady is so kind that I love her way of speaking. I stayed on the 3rd floor, I had made a separate reservation, my bill was issued separately. The cleaning lady entered my room, which seemed to them as if I had checked out. He apologized for not knowing, but he shouldn't have apologized, I'm sorry. They are so sweet people asking if you need anything or something. {Please don't leave your room by saying "it's their job to clean it anyway" when you leave your room, they're human too. When they return to their homes, they have a lot of problems in their own homes, don't burden beautiful people, even if they have a duty ?} The breakfast is really meager. I think there should be a little more variety.

Better refurbishment than before. The place used to be better. Also, I don't quite understand, but even though it was opened six months ago, there are still some shortcomings. For example, there was no shower head in my room, but they brought it when I asked. It's amazing how no one noticed for so many months.

It was another February (4-5 February) and we were in Trabzon for a good job. We stayed for 2 days with our guests and we were very satisfied. I would like to thank the people at the reception for their dedication in our phone calls from Ankara and welcoming us in Trabzon... the good ones always win, greetings and success.

We booked two rooms with my family in the first days of its opening. It was a great experience despite all the shortcomings. The staff is very good, the rooms are very nice, the location is central, yes, the breakfast can be improved, but it should not be forgotten that there is a place where I can stay again and again.

The staff are friendly and helpful. It's a safe place, we two ladies went, we were peaceful like we were at home, it was beautiful in cleanliness. Breakfast was good, especially listening to Turkish music while having breakfast, it was great to listen to Turkish music, if we go again, we would like to stay there
