Ekmek ve içme suyu konusunda aşırı hassasiyetleri olan bir kişi olarak yıllardır abonesiyim. Ekmeklerinde bir ekmek dokusu ve lezzeti var.Diğer birçok fırında olduğu gibi süngere benzemiyor. ( Bir bilim insanı olarak normalde ekmeğin iyice azaltılması mümkünse hiç kullanılmaması taraftarı olduğumuda ayrıca belirtmek isterim.
