★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Daha önce de bir kaç kez geldigim Toyota Kardelen Plaza ile bu kez çok olumsuz bir deneyim yaşadım. Araç alımı için imzaladığım ön sözleşmeyi, vermedikleri gibi ısrarcı olunca imha ettikleri yalanına dahi başvurdular. Bunun akabinde gerçekleşen tartışma sonucunda bu kez sözleşme imzalamadık ki demeye kadar vardırdilar. Araçların fiyatı dolar artışı nedeniyle artınca daha fazla kar edene satmak gayesiyle bir takla almadıkları kaldı. Avukatıma bu hukuksuz durum için dava actiracağim. Müşteri yetkilisi Seher hanım ve müdür Nazan hanıma güvenmemenizi özellikle tavsiye ederim. Satıs yaparken guleryüzlerini görebilirsiniz ama sorun yaşanıldığında olumsuz yüzleriyle karşılaşacağınıza eminim.
Araç aldığınızda ön sözleşme imzalatırlarsa, mutlaka bir nüshasını veya fotokopisini talep etmeyi ihmal etmeyin.

I will sue my lawyer for this unlawful situation. I would especially recommend that you do not trust the customer representative Ms. Seher and Ms. Nazan, the manager. You can see their smiling faces while selling, but I am sure you will encounter negative faces when there is a problem.
If they sign a pre-contract when you buy a vehicle, be sure to request a copy or photocopy of it.
