Stay away from Çayırcıoğlu auto hairdresser, we gave our black car to the hairdresser and there was paint removal from all parts of the car due to a polishing error, we had a verbal argument and the answer we got was what do you expect from a 15-year-old car... They also broke the back seats of the car and I had to have it done at the service shop, We notified the invoice and collected it from Toyota. Don't waste your time. Definitely stay away... They work with poor quality novice masters.

You are such dishonest people to lose the license of the car and blame the customer in the service we went to for car maintenance with my brother... You are also stupid enough to call us 1 year later and say that the license of your car went to Adıyaman with another customer, then the customer brought it back and get the license..! You are so rude not to make up for the situation, but also to say "what the heck" if the license is lost to the customer. You don't even have a man-like manner of speaking. Of course, the cost was gone from us when we issued a new license. Please stay away from this service...

I think their maintenance is generally good. After all, business is done under the Toyota brand. However, I waited 4 hours for a normal routine maintenance (no extra action). I think it's the first time I've waited so long in a service. I found it very expensive in terms of price, 40 thousand maintenance is 2170 TL. (For me 1000-1500 was enough)
