Tower Residences

Read this carefully! The worst experience I had ever in a hotel, I understand the price is good but for four stars hotel not for this hotel which I can't give more than one star. It is busy hotel I understand but elevators are always busy, every day for going and coming to breakfast you should wait 30 min The rooms are big but AC system is poor since you can't control room temperature, so you have 2 options, first to turn off the AC and the room will be like oven, second to turn it on and the room will be freezing. Bathroom are fair but the shower is not replaced since 1835. Shower jel and shampoo are not for human. Room service for tow days I was calling reception and they told me normally we don't come to room if you didn't request that ?. And if they come to clean the room actually nothing will be better. I booked before coming 2 weeks I came the day for check in at 14:40 and they told me room is not ready yet. They made me wait for half an hour more to check in! My reservation was the a child I called them 4 times until I got a bed for the baby. The safe machine is not working. They give you 4 small bottles of water every day and everything more is extra charged. Car parking is extra cost. One more last thing you room card will stop working everyday. After three days at hotel I was super angry I asked them way is this happening everyday I am coming to Looby for that. They told me it is for your security. ?

Nice swimming pool and spa, far a way from the city center but everything available around him. The breakfast is delicious ?

A great budget hotel with a great breakfast and great views and great location and great amenities. I cannot find any negative comments when comparing the price I paid to the amenities I was given.

It is a good, large and busy hotel. Staff is friendly but very busy. They take calls and talk to guests and colleagues at the same time. multitask :) That's how busy the restaurant is. You almost walk all over each other. Sometimes it is difficult to find a table. The food is very extensive and good. The guests are also different. Some guests felt very much at home and at ease with their shirt and shorts sitting cross-legged on the couch, enjoying their cigarette and the view that the terrace offers :) Another disadvantage is also if you have a room in a higher floor. View is beautiful, but beware when you are down and you will find that you have forgotten something in your room, because the elevators are quickly occupied due to the crowds. Would we go back? Definently yes :)
