I called Tower Pilates to get information and to register. I stated that I would come with my wife, it was said that the mixed courses between men and women were only in the Besa Tower branch, I stated that the Besa Tower branch was also more suitable for us in terms of location, and I said that we preferred this branch. It was mentioned that there was a trial lesson, I said that I wanted to make an adjustment, it was said that it would be ok to get back to you. After a while, when I shared our available hours with the teacher who returned, I only attend daytime classes, our evening teacher said to get back to you, and no one responded. After a long time, I reached out to them to state that there was no return, it was said to remind our teachers. Again there was no return. Then I was called again, I was asked if I had received any feedback, I said no, I was told that I would be directed to the relevant teacher for adjustments to be made again. Days later, I received a WhatsApp message from a teacher stating that he had contacted me to set up an appointment, and we finally set a day and time. At the end of the conversation, when the subject of my wife's coincidental came to pass, the teacher said, "Unfortunately, I am at the Via branch, then I will direct you to another teacher. Is this a joke? Since the branch I was waiting for was Besa Kule, of course, I did not ask for a place to the teacher with whom we made an appointment. If the subject that we would be two people was not brought up by chance, I think when we went to the Besa Tower branch on the agreed day, we would have been told no, you do not have such an appointment here and we would have been sent back. At least we ended this nonsense process before something like this happened to us and before it started. We have stopped making and registering any appointments.
