Suların çıkış sıcaklıkları 31-34 derece arasındadır.1980 lere kadar çevre halkı ve dışardan gelenler cilt rahatsızlıklarına iyi geldiği bilinen bir sudan faydalanmıştır.Yine aynı bölgede çeşitli cilt rahatsızlıklarına karşı tedavi amaçlı kullanılmış ve olumlu sonuçlar alındığı ifade edilen çamur varlığından söz edilmektedir.(Kızılcahamam b.)
