I broke a tooth in uk during lockdown and I couldn't get a dentist to see me. I decided to take a chance and go to Turkey and have needed work done by tour medical. I was so lucky! The experience I had with them was of dealing with a helpful friendly and professional company from beginning to end. The lovely Majella arranged everything for me and couldn't have been more helpful. The dentist and her staff were amazing. So friendly and professional. The building is modern and clean. The result of the work I had done is that I now have perfect teeth. Thank you to you all.

I have used the services of Tourmedical Turkey for a number of years now and they are fantastic. Like most people I was nervous about going to the dentist and using a service abroad. On my first visit I needed to get emergency root canal treatment and I have to say I was so impressed with the standard of care that I would now, not consider going anywhere else. Right from the first contact to arranging an appointment, the service is first class and professional. I managed to get an appointment straight away, and was picked up from my apartment with in an hour of making the phone call. I have had root canal treatment before and was really not looking forward to it, but if you are going to have to go through it Tourmedical Turkey is the best place to do it. The treatment was painless and over before I knew it. The practice is state of the art and has to be one of the best equipped I have ever seen. This first experience really helped me over come my fear of going to the dentist and since then I have continued treatment with Tourmedical on a regular basis. As making time to visit the dentist at home is always a challenge (and very expensive), it is great to be able to combine holidays and getting treatment. Since my first visit 5 years ago, I have had 5 implants and implant crowns, all of which have worked out really well. I am now one more visit away to having a full set of teeth for the first time in over 30 years. That I am looking forward to my next visit, may be an over statement, but because of the professionalism and very high quality of service provided by all of the staff at Tourmedical Turkey, I have no apprehension about my next treatment and I am looking forward to the results and some much need sun. I would highly recommend Tour Medical Turkey to anyone and have done on may occasions.

To say I am really scared of visiting the dentist the experience I had at tourmedical was 1st class from start to finish. The whole team are so friendly and was made to feel at ease, everything was explained very well, elcin the dentist is the most lovely lady and brilliant at her job, I am over the moon with my new smile and cannot wait to go back to finish the work. I would 100% recommend anyone to go you will not be disappointed also a very safe clean state of the art clinic.

I have always wanted my teeth doing so looked into having treatment abroad as it is far cheaper then dental cosmetics in the UK. I done my research and came across tourmedical who had emailed me there information and a woman named Majella was more then happy to answer any of my questions in fast response. I asked Majella all the questions i wanted to know to put my mind at ease. Here is what I found out before I booked my flights... Tourmedical are based in Kusadasi in Turkey. They send a driver to pick you up and drop you back off at the airport when flying home as well as take you to and from all your appointments. Tourmedical can book your hotel and pay for it provided your treatment plan is over 3000 euros. The treatment is optional on your first visit and you can decided what you want done and your budget if you have one, no decisions have to be made before you travel out. The Hotel they booked for me was called 'sözer hotel' which was a standard hotel with a lovely view and location opposite the beach and next to lots of nice restaurants and shops. lastly they could fit me in as soon as i wanted and I needed a full week for the treatment and some check ups at the end. After careful consideration and looking into all the information provided i decided to go ahead and book the flights as soon as possible which cost £80 for a return so all i needed was my treatment money and spends. When i first landed I was a bit nervous as I flew out alone and you are not sure if you will get picked up or what to expect but Majella was always inboxing me before and after my flight reassuring me i will be picked up by her husband Omar and informing me of were to wait and what car he was driving. Sure enough her meeting point was right outside and Omar greeted me and knew my name. It was an hour drive from the airport but Omar is a very friendly guy and talks you through places we passed keeping you comfortable and relaxed. When I arrived at the hotel my room was basic but had everything you need with Breakfast included. It had a pool, bar/restaurant, room service and the location was perfect and was opposite the beach, I have posted a picture of the view from my balcony. The bar staff was really friendly in the restaurant especially Hasan who was happy to help if you wanted to know were to go around Kusadasi. There is a really good gym around the corner called 'Rina' and they charged me 20 euro to join for a week which made me feel at home. The next day Omar picked me up at 11am and took me for my first visit to meet the team. I finally met Majella who was just as friendly and helpful in person. The clinic was only 5 minutes from the hotel and i was really impressed how modern and clean it was. Majella talked me threw what would be going on that day and i had an X-ray to look at my teeth and to discuss how i wanted to improve them. I met the team who were also very friendly and they went threw prices and all of my options. Elcin and her team got to work straight away and all worked very professionally. I Had to wear temporary teeth for a few days after while waiting for my zirconium crowns to be made and it was not the nicest experience to go threw but any pain i experienced was explained to me and the treatment was amazing and the results were well worth it at the end! I would definitely recommend tourmedical and even after the treatment and payment Majella was checking up on me and helping out if i needed any advice on what to expect and how to look after my new crowns and any pain i was concerned about.... 2 weeks later and am enjoying my new smile and will definitely be returning in the near future because everyone involved with tourmedical were helpful, friendly and professional!

What a time it has been in Turkey with Tour Medical could not recommend them enough for dental work . I have always wanted that white Hollywood smile and that's what I came to Turkey for. I just didn't know what clinic I would go to so I booked my flights and set up 3 consultations with 3 different clinics in Kusadasi. I heard nothing from the other 2 clinics to confirm my appointments but Majella from tour medical had been in touch wishing me a safe flight and confirming my appointment on the 13th . I arrived on the 12th and had all my appointments set up for 13th.My first appointment never showed up to collect me from the hotel as they said they would so I called and when they answered they had no idea I had an appointment and turns out they forgot about me also the English was not great so it was hard having to explain it all again. So I was very disappointed as they have a great following on Instagram so I thought they would be the best but I was wrong! Then I visited another clinic straight after and again it felt like I was just another customer in the chair for a quick job . They didn't have great English and told me I had to make my mind up by 4pm that day! Again I was so disappointed after flying all this way to be let down Then that evening I had my 3rd appointment And by the time I was collected by Tour medical I was allergic and freaked because I just wasn't happy with a clinic yet So Majella and her husband Omer from Tour Medical arrived to my hotel to collect myself and my parents for my consultation. Majella is Irish so I was instantly happy! And Omer Turkish so we had the best of both worlds! They collected on time it was a 5min drive from my hotel. I went in feeing allergic because the day had gone so bad but straight away the where so welcoming and friendly faces of Burcu & Yasimon the dental nurses. The clinic is the cleanest clinic I have ever seen its nothing like an Irish clinic it’s a luxury 5 star clinic if anything! Everything is spotless we couldn’t get over it you are offered drinks while you wait by Selma. My dentist Dr Elcin had great English so I found it easy to talk with her also having Majella in on the consultation was a help because she as fantastic Turkish! Dr Elcin told me all my options and I was told no pressure you decide what option you want and to go away and think about it because it's a big decision. It was all relaxed and I knew it was the clinic for me so the next day we started my dental plan. I went with 10 crowns on top and whitening of my lower teeth. Now the worst part you would think would be the shaving down of the top teeth but I didn't feel a thing having my work done on top and before I knew it that step was over and I was fitted with temporary mould of my old teeth. The only part with discomfort was the whitening if you have had you teeth whitened you know what I'm talking about but saying that I was always able to eat and drink between fittings of my crowns with no pain! Now I was VERRY fussy with how I wanted them to look and feel and it took me a few extra fittings but every time it wasn't a problem to change small things in the lab my dentist and the nurses always had a smile every time they saw me coming back for a fitting! My overall experience with tour medical was just 5star treatment all staff members where fantastic always kind and had a smile everytime we come to the clinic the dentist is amazing just look at the results!! The clinic again is spotless .I was always looked after they went above and beyond for me collecting us and dropping us to town after my fittings for some shopping. I would recommend checking them out get in touch with Majella she is Irish and would be more than happy to call you and have a chat I will 100% be back for more work

I got in contact with Tour Medical through their website and spoke with staff right away. They were so helpful and were able to advise me about my options. We spoke with the dentist and got back to me with a quote. They helped me find low cost flights and offered help with transfers. I was picked up from my hotel at each appointment and Majella and Omer were so friendly and well humoured. They offered advice regarding local activities and services. The clinic was very profession with the latest technology , very clean and efficient. I was met at the door by the staff who were friendly and so helpful. They dentist was also very professional and very kind. She had excellent English and made me feel comfortable all the time. I had to have a root canal during my treatment but was included in the treatment and pain free. My treatment was finished within a week and my smile is so natural looking. I am so happy with the result and have recommended this clinic to everyone.

A friend had recommended this clinic to me and I contacted Majella. She was very nice and was able to answer any questions I had. She was very informative and friendly. Before I travelled , Majella stayed in touch which made me feel relaxed before I travelled. I was picked up from my hotel at each appointment and they were always on time. The clinic is very modern and very clean. It is on a sea front so I had a nice view from the chair. All the staff were professional and friendly and all spoke English. They dentist made me feel very relaxed from the beginning, she spoke excellent English and explained everything to me before my treatment and informed of each step. I had treatment finished within a week, which meant i could enjoy the rest of my holiday. The staff went the extra mile during the treatment and gave me a 5 star service. I cannot say enough about this clinic and the service, I would definately recommend this clinic to anyone.
