Advantages
-The view is amazing from the room and the room size is big.
-from the corridor window you can see the waterfall .
-Tasty breakfast
- clean room( every day cleaning)
-Martas is good( more important for old people)
Disadvantage
- no teapots in the room
-no toothpaste and toothbrush ?
But it’s not a big deal you can buy it from supermarket. And tea is available in the -1 floor

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would prefer sleeping in my car, rather than staying at this hotel. No service, they had coffee but when we asked he blatantly lied and said coffee machine is broken. Felt kind of racist vibes too.

When i call them to ask about room info, they talked very impatiently to me, even told me" bak, tatlım" which means "listen, little girl" (direct translation is 'look, my sweetheart'). It was very offensive and disrespectful. The way they talked to me wasn't the way that a guest should be treated as. I never expected any hotels treating guests like superiors but at least with some basic respect!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only say that the service quality for the breakfast room attendants is positive. If the weather is not sunny, you should take a shower with cold water. Reception and all other staff are very caring and positive people. I think the hotel has serious problems with its operation. I wanted to add that our room was cleaned every day and my thanks to the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is worth to pay more for better quality. Facilities filthy. Reception service appalling. The hotel advertises a private beach which is not owned by them whatsoever and the area around is extremely basic to not say poor with the respect of the locals. after an hour of checking in we left. Discontent with my face to face feedback the receptionist told me to never come back. Avoid at all cost! unless your budget is extremely tight.
The other reviews are not accurate at all and I am a flexible traveller.

I was greeted by the receptionist Hayri on my arrival who was really helpful and helped me translate a lot of things during my stay and also helped me because the taxi driver tried to charge me too much! He bartered down the price for me which was great. Would definitely stay here again.
