★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible conditions in the rooms. There is no water in the rooms intermittently. There is a check-in delay. Often there are no towels in the room, because there are not enough towels in the hotel and they run out. Equipment needs updating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place ever! If possible I would give 0 stars! With -10 degrees outside they didn’t turn on the heating and only let us switch rooms after 2 hours. Unfortunately the rest of the hotel was still cold. And the staff was not helpful or friendly at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. If I could give this 0 stars I would. Matresses are overused, there are HUGE dips in every single one of them. The hotel's overall condition is filthy, there are stains everywhere on the carpet, bedsheets, beds, chairs etc.
The breakfast and dinner weren't buffet, they just served us whatever they had. Portions are not enough to even feed a toddler.
We went in March it was snowing and there was NO HEATING and NO HOT WATER to shower.

Very professional staff, we enjoyed 2 hours of quality service, very easy to miss, it's easy to look for the hotel name on your way to the open air museum in goreme,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading several reviews, I expected to have a bad experience but it actually exceeded my expectations. There was someone to carry our luggage and show us to our room. The rooms could use more cleaning but there were really habitable and cozy. Heating was proper, beddings were clean but not enough towels were provided for our triple room. Prices for massage and Turkish hamam together were 40€. I should say that we got value for the money we paid since we booked a package for transport, tour, meals plus hotel.
