TOUR ALANYA BY FRESH TOURISM

Unfortunately my experience with this company was very bad. The tour advertised pick up from all hotels. However this is not the case when your hotel is in the old Town. You have to walk somewhere for your pick up. 20 mins later then scheduled the shuttle picked me up and brought me to the main bus where the rest of the people were already in the bus and picked up from their hotel. Without informing me they put me on a Russian tour, the guide spoke absolutely no English at all, I could not understand any information she was giving. Only for a short while at pammukale there is an English guide giving some information. Next problem was that I could not pay with card, while I specifically asked the day before if it's possible. They said I could pay in the bus by card but I couldn't, so they ended up charging me in a random shop. About that, there are 4 (?!) stops for shopping. On a long day trip like this it is way too much. They try to sell you a lot of overpriced items. When I contacted the company about these problems they where not understanding and rude, they didn't pick up the phone when I called. All they said is that I have to be understanding for them because of covid, and that they solved it, which they didn't. The destenation, Pammukale is absolutely amazing and worth the visit. Just not with this tour operator. Ofcourse this is all true, I have no reason to lie. The response of the company to this review only shows again how unprofessional they are, and that they don't take any of their guest seriously.

We went for the quad safary with this agency. Never again!!!! Dont go with them !!! They not give you the right information. I've asked about the transfer to the quad safary, the man in office said only 10-15 km. This 10km.. was 1,5 hour in 40 years old bus without any air in 40 C°. The windows was closed without an air conditioner. We thought, we are going to die... The driver doesn't speak english, we can't communicate to him. We just wanted to get off from this bus ... The quad safari was ok,but if i knew that we going to travel 1,5 hours without air, i wouldn't go never in my life! This was the worst experience what we ever had in Turkey.

The quad bike tour includes at least an hour of waiting around doing nothing. No swimming break as stated on the website. 8€ charge for a bandana and glasses. The glasses are an absolute necessity as the course is so dusty, they should be included in the price or borrowed for a nominal fee. 4€ is insane. They also try to sell you pictures for 20€!

Do not hesitate to book with this company. The prior communication was excellent and the tour ended up to be the highlight of my holiday. I will definitely use this tour company for my next trip to Turkey. Thank you very much for your good customer service.

Great service and value for money!! I had a few tours with these company. I'd recommend this company to anyone travelling to Antalya. From the communication to the execution everything was as discussed and on time. I had booked everything via their WhatsApp. Every morning one hour before pick up time we'd get a WhatsApp message from the drive who'd pick us on time everyday. Mr. EMİN ERSAVAŞ was in regular touch with us regarding our reviews. Here in Antalya we did the following tours with them : 1. Jeep safari : we started this tour on exact time discussed. Driver picked us and then took us to the location where a English speaking guide took us for a jeep safari into the jungles onto rough terrain. Here we saw a lot of farming and heritage houses and met few people. Lunch was Included. Total duration from pick to drop 8 hours. 2. Buggy safari : this was a rather small activity compared to jeep safari. But driving a buggy on rocky roads was an amazing experience. 3. Hot air balloon : this was an amazing experience. It was really far from Antalya. But since we didn't have a lot of time we did a one day trip. It was a long one. Took almost 12 hours. But worth every bit. The view from inside the hot air balloon basket was amazing. Over all this tour company was really professional. Even for the money it was easy coz I paid on the day itself.
