Tostçu Mahmut is paragliding, friends. Social media and different style make it a must add place to your trip. If you are good with pain, it is a very delicious toast. There are several different types of toast. The staff who is very interested and loves their job adds a positive atmosphere. In general, I recommend it for success.

Toast service takes a little long, they could be more involved. Toast was delicious, ayran was a little sour. 4 toasts and 4 ayran cost 76₺.

I experienced the classic "Mahmut Toast", in which sausage chopped into cubes, eggs, tomatoes and, if desired, hot chili peppers were thrown. As for the taste of the toast, I wanted it spicy and it had a distinct pain, those who are not in touch with bitterness should prefer it with little or no pain, the toast was not dry (crispy) to cut its mouth (it was not soft like dough), and although the ingredients were abundant, it was cooked and tasty. If you want the half option of toast made with a loaf of bread ("Bakkal Ekmee" in Adana term) instead of standard toast bread, I prefer loaves of bread, because standard toast breads are not satisfying but do not give the taste I want. The open ayran was slightly sour, with a taste of home yoghurt and its consistency was very good. 2 half toast / 2 buttermilk costs 26 ₺. These prices (I leave the picture of the price table, April 9, 2021) are moderate, although not cheap for now, I hope we do not see exorbitant prices by forgetting the value of the product sold like some businesses. The ambiance of the place is good, Müslüm Baba is playing in the background, the tables are clean and the employees were obeying the hygiene rules. They serve in the form of self-service, used plastic cups, napkins, wet wipes and so on. quality products are preferred in materials.
