★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Güvenilir bir esnaf. Kira sözleşmesini yenileyeli 1 ay oldu ama çıkmak zorunda kaldık. Haliyle 1 ay fazla kira talep ettiler ama kiracı bulununca iade edeceklerini söylediler. Kiracı bulundu ve ödenen ücreti iade ettiler. Doğrusu çok şaşırdık çünkü yeni kiracıdan haberimiz olması imkansızdı. Konya'ya yine gelsem gözü kapalı yine buradan ev kiralarım. Dışarıdan gelen arkadaşlar Gönül rahatlığıyla buraya gelebilir. ???
A reliable tradesman. It's been a month since we renewed the lease, but we had to leave. Naturally, they demanded 1 month more rent, but they said they would return it when the tenant was found. The tenant was found and they refunded the fee paid. Honestly, we were very surprised because it was impossible for us to know about the new tenant. If I come to Konya again, I will rent a house from here again with my eyes closed. Friends from abroad can come here with peace of mind. ???
