Bunun haricinde ortamı fena değil, çocuk parkları yürüme yolları, mesire alanı benzeri oturma yerleri falan var, lokasyonu da iyi sayılır merkeze yakın. Kiralar biraz yüksek ama zaten bu sıralar herşeyin fiyatı ederi arttı zaten.

I think it is an ideal site for families with children. There is nothing in it ... But it is very difficult to find vacant apartments and some houses are quite old and neglected.
