Etap gerek yönetim olsun gerek çevre düzenlemesi olsun kepazelik, her taraf pislik içinde, etrafta ağızlarından küfür eksik olmayan çocuklar, inanılmaz gürültü çıkaran motorsikletli kekolar, bütün çocuk parkları kırılmış ve hatta yakılmış, berbat bir yer. Afyonun envai cesit yerinden merkeze göçenler agirlikta. Afyon merkezin yerlisi neredeyse yok denecek kadar az. Mahalle olarak zorda kalmadıkça yaşanılacak bir yer değil.
Stage 2 is a bit better, but Stage 1 is both management and landscaping. Those who migrate from the various locations of Afyon to the center are heavily. The native of Afyon is almost nonexistent. The neighborhood is not a place to live unless you have to.
