Araç park yeri ve çocuk oyun alanları yetersiz olsada Bitlis merkeze göre oldukça iyi sayıda. Tek sorun rüzgarın fazla olması. Merkeze göre yaklaşık 5 derece daha soğuk. Soğuk ve rüzgar hariç Bitlisin en güzel semti diyebiliriz.
Stage 4 is extremely good as a residential area. The excess of green areas and flat terrain make this place attractive.
