It is 5 minutes away from the center of Bartın by car and a public bus passes every 15 minutes. Mosque, market and primary school are in concept.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bartında merkezdedir. İl jandarma komutanlığına çok yakındır. Servis, otobüs ve minibüs ulaşımı vardır. Ağaçlık bir alandadır. Havası temiz doğası güzeldir. Doğa yürüyüşleri, ailecek piknikler ve benzeri faaliyetler rahatlıkla yapılabilir. Kiralar çarşı içine göre uygundur. Evler yeni olduğu için tercih sebebidir.
It is in the center of Bartinda. It is very close to the provincial gendarmerie command. There is shuttle, bus and minibus transportation. It is in a wooded area. Clean air and beautiful nature. Nature walks, family picnics and similar activities can be done easily. Rents are suitable for the market. The houses are preferred because they are new.
